Garden City, N.Y. - Adelphi University baseball player Mike McLasky (Ronkonkoma, N.Y.) has been named East Coast Conference (ECC) Co-Pitcher of the Week as announced by the conference office on Monday, April 28. This is the first time this season that McLasky has been honored by the conference.

McLasky appeared in three games and posted a perfect 0.00 ERA with a 2-0 record, including a five inning, two hit, shut out performance in a 13- inning win over Mercy. In all he tossed 9.2 innings of relief, striking out two and holding the opposition to a .094 batting average.

Adelphi returns to action on Wednesday, April 30 when they play host to Southern Connecticut State University at 3:30 pm on William J. Bonomo Memorial Field.
