Central Islip, N.Y. - The ECC Baseball Tournament games scheduled for Friday, May 9 have been postponed to Saturday due to heavy rain in the area.

The schedule for tournament will now be as follows:

On Saturday, games one and two will take place at the same time at different sites. Games three and four will follow the same system.

(2) New Haven will face (6) Adelphi at Dowling at 9:00 a.m. while (1) St. Thomas Aquinas will face (4) C.W. Post at Adelphi at 9:00 a.m.

Both losing teams from the first two games will play an elimination game at Adelphi at 3:00 p.m.

Both winning teams will meet at Dowling at 3:00 p.m.

Games 5, 6 and 7 (if necessary) will be played Sunday at Dowling beginning at 9:00 a.m.

Tickets are $5 per day for general admission, $2 for children (12 and under) and seniors, and free for ECC students with a valid college ID.

Game 1 - (6) Adelphi vs. (2) New Haven, 10:30 a.m - at Dowling
Game 2 - (4) C.W. Post vs. (1) St. Thomas Aquinas, 10:30 a.m. - at Adelphi
Game 3 - Loser Game 1 vs. Loser Game 2, 3:00 p.m. (loser eliminated) - at Adelphi
Game 4 - Winner Game 1 vs. Winner Game 2, 3:00 p.m. - at Dowling

Sunday, May 11 - All games at Dowling
Game 5 - Winner Game 3 vs. Loser Game 4, 9:00 a.m. (loser eliminated)
Game 6 - Winner Game 4 vs. Winner Game 5, 12:00 p.m.
Game 7 - Winner Game 4 vs. Winner Game 6, 3:00 p.m. (if necessary)
