Smith Named ECC Goalie of The Week

Garden City, N.Y. - Adelphi University men's lacrosse player Drew Smith (East Hampton, N.Y.) has been named East Coast Conference (ECC) Goalkeeper of the Week as announced by the conference office on Monday, March 31. This is the first time this season that Smith has been honored by the conference.

Smith helped the Panthers to a 10-9 ECC win over Molloy College on Saturday, March 29. He made 21 save in the win over Molloy, including making eight saves in the critical fourth quarter. Smith also picked up one ground ball.

The Panthers return to action on Saturday, April 5 when they travel to Bronxville, New York for an ECC meeting with C.W. Post.
