Adrian senior Bobby Rickstad of Kalamazoo (Comstock HS) is being honored for the second time this season. He earlier received Position Player of the Week recognition. Last week, he pitched a four-hit shutout as the Bulldogs blanked Albion 10-0. He struck out six batters and walked two.

For the season, Rickstad has a 3-2 record on the mound with a 4.76 ERA in 34 innings. He has recorded two shutouts and three complete games and leads the team with 29 strikeouts.
