ALBION, Mich. - The Adrian College women's tennis team dropped their first contest of the season on Wednesday afternoon to conference foe Albion College, 9-0.

Robyn Bahr and Leeann Brooks both battled strongly in their singles matches, both taking five games in their respective matches. After a tough first set, Katie MacFarlan also gave her competitor a hard-fought second set before eventually bowing out in her first collegiate match.

The Bulldogs will have nearly a week to regroup and prepare for their next match. The Bulldogs will host Spring Arbor on February 19 at the Merillat Sport and Fitness Center with a 4:00 p.m. start time.
