Encore of UAB Win Over UTEP Will Air in Place of Coach's Show
Feb. 28, 2008 BIRMINGHAM, Ala. ----- Due to travel delays encountered Thursday by the UAB basketball team, the regular weekly call-in radio show featuring men's basketball coach Mike Davis will not be aired tonight. Instead, Blazer fans can hear an encore broadcast of the second half of Wednesday night's 88-81 victory over the UTEP Miners in El Paso, Texas. In addition to the second half, the postgame show with coach Davis, play-by-play announcer David Crane and color analyst Steve Mitchell will also be carried. The program will be aired from 6:00-7:00 p.m. CT on WJOX 100.5 FM in Birmingham. |
