NEW ORLEANS, La. - UAB catcher Allen Aubin, first baseman Ryan Keedy and right-handed pitcher Kyle Roberson were all named to the 2008 Entergy Conference USA Championship All-Tournament Team Sunday. UAB played its way to the semifinals at the championship where it was eliminated by eventual champion Houston Saturday night.

Houston beat Marshall, 3-2, in Sunday's championship game.

Aubin hit .286 with two RBI at the championship, including a 4-for-4 showing against Houston Saturday afternoon to lead all catchers.

Keedy capped off his stellar season by batting .353 with four RBI, a home run and two doubles at the championship. Keedy hit a walk-off home run in the ninth inning against Houston on Friday to advance the Blazers to the semifinal round. He also went 3-for-4 with three RBI in UAB's win against top-seeded Rice on Wednesday.

Roberson was the team's starter against Rice in a game he earned the win after dealing 8.0 innings in which he gave up two runs to the nation's fifth-ranked team.
