David Good joined the UAB family in 2007 after spending two seasons as a member of the Eastern Michigan University staff. Good is in charge of the Blazer video program and film exchange. While with the Eagles, Good assisted with the day-to-day activities of the Eastern Michigan men's basketball team, including video scouts of upcoming opponents, film exchange and overseeing student managers. Good has also assisted with numerous basketball camps, including UAB, Marquette, Eastern Michigan and Central Michigan. Prior to his stint at EMU, Good spent four seasons in the high school ranks. In 2004-05, Good was the assistant varsity coach at Shepherd High School, where he helped the team to a 19-2 overall record and a conference championship. He was also the head coach of the freshman team at Sacred Heart from 2002-04. Good is a member of the National Association of Basketball Coaches. He is a resident of Birmingham. |
