Distance Medley Relay Team Captures Top Spot

Fourth time this season that the DMR has won the event

CLEMSON, S.C. ----- The UAB track and field team won its fourth distance medley relay of the indoor season on the first day of the Tiger Invitational.

The DMR team won the event with a time of 11:48.32. Erika Russ also qualified for the finals of the 60-meter hurdles, with a time of 8.87 in the preliminaries.

The Blazers will compete again Saturday beginning at 10 a.m. EST.
