Caitlin Andrew Places Fifth in 100 Fly at NCAA Championships

Caitlin Andrew placed fifth in the 100 fly as the Arizona State women's swimming and diving team wrapped up day two of the NCAA Championships. Andrew clocked in a time of 51.78, just one tenth shy of her personal best.

The 200 medley relay team competed in the consolation final. The team of Jen Beckberger, Lindsey Russenberger, Andrew and Lindsey Brown clocked in the school's second-fastest time of 1:39.87 during the preliminary rounds. They finished 16th overall in the finals with a time of 1:40.42.

The Sun Devils are currently in 20th with 38 points. The NCAA Championships will wrap up tomorrow with the Devils competing in the 100 free, 200 breast, 200 fly and 400 free relay.
