Charlotte scored a three-game series record 49 runs in its three contests at Massachusetts (Apr. 18-20). Senior catcher Chris Taylor (Mt. Pleasant, N.C.) registered his third multi-homer game of the season in the 49ers' 18-3 win at UMass on Apr. 18. Charlotte has slugged 43 home runs on the year, its highest total since cracking 68 in 2004.

Duquesne senior centerfielder Eric Morrison (Pittsburgh, Pa.) stole four bases over five contests last week, raising his season total to 14. In addition, Morrison's error at Temple on Apr. 20 marked his first error since the 2005 season, a span of 381 chances.

Senior righthander Tom Davis (Madison, Conn.) earned his fifth win of the season and 20th of his career after yielding one earned run over eight innings in Fordham's 7-2 win at La Salle on Apr. 18. Davis is 3-0 with a 0.75 earned run average over his last three starts.

Senior outfielder Charlie Kruer (Old Bridge, N.J.) cracked three solo homers on the week and moved into a tie for sixth place in program history with 34 career home runs. Kruer collected seven hits in 13 at-bats over four contests and leads the team with a .362 batting average.

La Salle's 14-10 win versus Fordham on Apr. 19 marked the most runs scored by the Explorers in a home A-10 contest since a 15-11 victory over Xavier during the 1999 season. Senior third baseman John Rickards (Chalfont, Pa.) batted .412 (7-for-17) on the week and became the program's all-time leader with 16 career triples.

Massachusetts junior righthander Mike DiCato (Winthrop, Mass.) took a no-hitter into the ninth inning and earned the win as the Minutemen edged Boston College, 4-3, to win the Beanpot Championship on Apr. 15 at Fenway Park. DiCato also earned Massachusetts' first-ever victory (12-8) over Charlotte on Apr. 20.

Sophomore righthander Tim Boyce (Swansea, Mass.) tossed 4.1 innings of shutout relief while fanning five to earn his third win of the season in Rhode Island's 16-12 (12) win at Richmond. Boyce lowered his earned run average to 1.37 and is holding opponents to a .183 batting average.

Senior lefthander Cody Vincent (Russell, Pa.) notched a save and then tossed a complete- game victory in St. Bonaventure's three-game series versus Saint Louis. Vincent is 2-1 with three complete games, two saves and a 2.06 earned run average in Conference action.

Saint Joseph's sophomore second baseman David Valesente (Ithaca, N.Y.) belted a home run and knocked in four as the Hawks' rallied for a 10-9 win at Xavier on Apr. 19. He has now hit safely in ten consecutive games, tying him for the longest hitting streak on the team this season.

Sophomore designated hitter Mike Beal (St. Louis, Mo.) smashed a grand slam and drove in a career-high five runs on Apr. 18 as Saint Louis downed St. Bonaventure, 11-1. The Billikens' 17 victories exceed their total from all of last season.

Temple's three-game series sweep of Duquesne marked the Owls' first A-10 home sweep since 2005. At 20-17 overall, the TU has reached the 20-win plateau faster than any Temple squad since the 1996 squad did so in 35 games. The Owls are 6-2 on their program-record 12-game home stand.
