Duluth, Ga. - Auburn senior Julie Dwyer drew beam as Auburn's first rotation for Saturday's Southeastern Conference Gymnastics Championship. The Championship begins tomorrow at 4 p.m., ET., in The Arena at Gwinnett Center in Duluth, Ga.

"This is a great draw for us," said Auburn head coach Jeff Thompson. "Everyone has to start on something and everyone would like to get off to a good start. Anyone would be happy to draw their best event first."

Auburn is the No. 4 beam team in the nation according to GymInfo. Dwyer is ranked at No. 2 on beam followed by Lindsey Puckett at No. 4. A.J. Mills is tied for No. 19 on beam.

The Tigers' draw gives them a bye between each event and they will end on bars. Auburn's rotation will proceed as follows; beam, bye, floor, bye, vault, bye, bars.

"This gives us the only rotation with a bye in between each event," Thompson said. "All of the other teams will have to compete bars and beam back-to-back. This should allow us to get into a good rhythm."
