ATLANTA - The Women's Basketball Coaches Association (WBCA), in cooperation with State Farm, announced the finalists for the 2008 State Farm Coaches' All-America Basketball Team for the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I. The 40 finalists, which include Baylor senior Angela Tisdale, were chosen from the 52 regional finalists by the State Farm Coaches' All-America Team committee, and are now in the running for selection to the 10-member State Farm Coaches' All-America Team.

Tisdale finished her Baylor career with 1,373 points and 493 assists. She ranks No. 1 on Baylor's career assist chart and No. 13 on the school's career scoring list and led the Lady Bears in scoring for the season with 16.4 points an outing. In her four-year career, Baylor has posted a 110-25 record, winning 81.5 percent of its games.
