Women's Golf Can't Improve in Final Round

The Baylor women's golf team wrapped up a disappointing weekend at the Moutainview Collegiate, finishing 16th in the 17-team field. The Bears turned in a combined score of 314 (26-over) in the final round of play to finish at 930 (66-over) overall. Sophomore Hannah Burke finished strong Sunday with a 1-over par 73. She ended the weekend tied for 15th individually at 7-over par. Kristen Hendrix tied for 67th with a combined score of 234 (18-over). Freshmen Morgan Chambers and Lene Hafsten-Morch finished in a tie for 76th and 80th respectively, while senior Sian Reddick ended in a tie for 85th. Indiana University won the tournament with a combined score of 880 (16-over) with San Jose State taking the second spot. The Bears will next see action Sunday, April 6 as Oklahoma hosts the Susie Maxwell-Berning Golf Classic in Norman, Oklahoma. Individual Standings: Team Standings:
