Falcons Volunteer in the Community

BOWLING GREEN, Ohio - Several members of the Bowling Green State University men's basketball team volunteered their time for a worthy cause. Several Falcon student-athletes helped out at the Bridge Home Health and Hospice "Deal a Hand" fundraiser at Wood County Hospital.

Rising sophomore Joe Jakubowski and rising junior Otis Polk volunteered at the event, which was a fundraiser to benefit the Bridge Home Health and Hospice. The "Deal a Hand" card party was held at the Wood County Hospital, and the event included various card and board games. Jakubowski and Polk helped with the raffle portion of the event, helping to draw the names and award prizes during the event.
