Complete Results

Puerto Rico - The Bowling Green State University men's golf team finished seventh at the Palmas Del Mar, carding an 894 (298-296-300). The 13-team field featured several teams ranked in the top-100 for the 2007-08 season.

The Falcons were led by senior Jace Walker. The St. Thomas, Ontario native finished in a tie for 12th, carding a 219 (71-74-74).

Sophomore John Powers finished in a tie for 22nd, firing a 224 (76-75-73).

Third for the Orange and Brown was freshman Bryan Mitchell, who finished with a 225 through 54 holes. Mitchell opened with a 78, and finished with a 73-74.

Also competing for BGSU were Russell Goodwin (227, T-36th), Matt Schneider (232, T-48th), Trevor Spathelf (234, T-52nd), Chad Walker (251, 74th) and Scott Blackburn (254, 75th)

Up next for the Falcons is a trip to Bloomington, Ind., for the 2008 Hoosier Invitational.
