Fudge earns her first career weekly accolade after helping Illinois upend No. 60 DePaul in a 6-1 rout on Feb. 8. The win was the first time the Illini had defeated a ranked opponent since 2002.  Fudge was instrumental in that win notching a victory in No. 1 doubles teaming with Leigh Finnegan to defeat the duo of Antunovic and Kirsten Gambrell, 8-3.  Then in No. 1 singles, Fudge scored a victory over Dunja Antunovic, 2-6, 6-4, 6-1.  On Feb. 10, Illinois outlasted Kansas, 5-2, in its second dual of the weekend.  Fudge earned another No. 1 singles win over Magdelena Tokarcyzk of the Jayhawks in straight sets, 6-3, 6-1.
