BOSTON - After collecting four points in two games against Providence this week, Melissa Anderson (Langley, B.C.) has been named the GoTerriers.com Student-Athlete of the Week. Anderson had a two-goal, one assist performance against Providence in a 3-1 Terrier victory at Walter Brown Arena Saturday.

With the impressive statistics this week, Anderson (9-10-19) regained the team lead for both goals and points. The Langley, B.C., native has collected points in 11 out of 24 games this season and is currently riding a three-game point streak, also notching points in six of the last nine games. Her nine goals this season are just three shy of her total last year, when she led the team in points as a freshman (12-22-34).

After securing a 3-1 win over Boston College in the opening round of the Beanpot Tournament Tuesday, the Terriers will face No. 1 Harvard next Tuesday (Feb. 12) in the Beanpot championship at 8:00 p.m. at Walter Brown Arena.
