Under Johnson's guidance, the women's track and field team won the America East championship for both the indoor and outdoor seasons, accompanied by two conference Coaching Staff of the Year awards, and individuals earned the High Scorer of the Meet titles at both America East championships and Track Performer of the Meet during the indoor conference competition.

In three years at the helm, Johnson has led the Terriers to three consecutive women's indoor track and field America East championships, a women's outdoor track and field conference title and a women's cross country conference championship.

Seniors Tahari James, Andrea Walkonen and Marisa Ryan will represent the Terriers at the NCAA Championships in Des Moines, Iowa, from June 11-14. James will compete in the triple jump, while Walkonen and Ryan have qualified for the 10k.
