BOISE, ID - The #73 Brown men's tennis team (9-11) dropped a 6-1 decision to #39 Boise State (16-10) on Friday afternoon. The Broncos claimed the doubles point with wins at #2 and #3 and then went on to win the match, taking four of the six singles matches in straight sets. Highlighting the match for Brown was a narrow 8-7 win at #1 doubles where senior Saurabh Kohli (Colaba, Mumbai, India) and junior Basu Ratnam (Oyster Bay, NY) upset the 13th-ranked doubles pair in the country. Brown's other victory came at #5 singles, where junior Noah Gardner (Cambridge, MA) earned a three-set victory.
