Tulsa's Mark Davidson finishes second in the 1,500m at the Drake Relays

Des Moines, Iowa - The University of Tulsa's track and field team had three athletes in action on the final day of the Drake Relays on the campus of Drake University. Red-shirt freshman Mark Davidson finished second in the men's 1,500m with a time of 3:49.91. Earlier this season Davidson posted a NCAA Midwest Region qualifying time in the same event. Junior April Montgomery placed 14th in the women's 400m hurdles with a time of 1:01.68. Also on the women's side, sophomore Tayler Rigsby finished 19th in the 1,500m with a time of 4:34.57. The Golden Hurricane will next be in action at the Arkansas Twilight on Saturday. May 3.
