BERKELEY - During the 2007-08 season, Cal Sports Report, the official television show for California Athletics, produced a feature on head coach Shellie Onstead from the Cal field hockey team. The feature is now available for free here at CalBears.com.

Onstead, in her 13th year as head coach, was named Cal's first All-America field hockey player in 1982. More recently, she qualified for a trip to the Beijing Olympics as an assistant coach for the United States women's national team. The U.S. women earned a spot in the 2008 Olympics by winning its April qualifying tournament in Russia.
