Day Two of NCAA Prelims in the Books

Day 2 Prelim Results (Cal Only)

Six more swimming events are in the books in the second day of the preliminary time trials at the 2008 NCAA Women's Swimming and Diving Championships at the McCorkle Aquatic Pavilion hosted by Ohio State on Friday. Early highlights included Dana Vollmer qualifying for the 100-yard butterfly with the second-fastest prelim time of 51.33.

Lauren Rogers qualified for the 100-yard backstroke championship final after posting the third-fastest mark of 52.52.

Championship finals begin later tonight at 4:00 p.m. (PST).
