HICKORY, NC -- Saturday night's Food Lion South Atlantic Conference Baseball Tournament game between Carson-Newman and Catawba has been postponed, due to severe weather in Catawba County. The game has been rescheduled for Sunday at 10 a.m. The winner of that game will face Tusculum in the championship game, which will start 30 minutes after the completion of the Carson-Newman and Catawba game. Tusculum is undefeated in the tournament. Should the team advancing out of the loser's bracket win and force a third game, that will be played 30 minutes following the completion of the second game. The Food Lion SAC Baseball Tournament is being played at L.P. Frans Stadium in Hickory, N.C. Visit thesac.com
