April 23, 2008

JEFFERSON CITY, Tenn. - The Carson-Newman men's soccer will celebrate the life of one of their former players, Roland File, this Saturday with a fundraiser and memorial game with proceeds to go to the Rolie File Memorial Lighting Fund .

File was a member of the Eagles nationally-ranked squad during the 2006 season, a year in which the C-N won its fourth consecutive South Atlantic Conference title.

A $5 fee will be charged at the gate which will be put towards the Rolie File Memorial Lighting Fund, a project started Rolie's honor.
