The Carson-Newman Lady Eagles fell seven spots in this week's National Fastpitch Coaches' Association Division II Top 25 Poll, despite posting a 4-0.

C-N (40-6) drops back to 18th, after a one-week stint at 11th spot.

The Lady Eagles seem to do everything on the week to maintain their position, sweeping Wingate 4-0 and 9-2 at home on Sunday, as well as blowing by Tuculum 14-0 and 7-1 on the road in midweek action.
NFCA Poll

C-N will travel this weekend to Newberry for a 1 p.m. doubleheader on Saturday. The Lady Eagles can clinch a share of the South Atlantic Conference title with a sweep.
