CUH Competes at Turtle Bay

Laie, HI- Playing on one of the nicest resort courses around at Turtle Bay Golf Resort, Chaminade put together it's lowest team totals in the sports brief history at CUH. Three of four men shot their best round as a Chaminade golfer as Darren Bradley led the way with a 91. Mike Melillo shot 94 and Joe Schriml and Darren Wong shot 96 respectively. On the women's side, Alicia Castillo led the Lady Swords with a 106 and Theresa Wene was a stroke behind. All four ladies bested their previous weeks scores. Medaling for the men were Mana Newton of BYU-H with an impressive 69 and on the women's side HPU's Kristine Higa finished with a 77 to take medalist honors. The three schools will meet again this upcoming Monday back at Turtle Bay. First tee is set for noon.
