Chaminade Women's Golf Takes on Palmer Course

Kahuku, HI- Playing the famous Palmer Course at Turtle Bay, the Chaminade golfers put in a strong effort falling to BYU-Hawaii in a competitive golf match this past Monday. Alicia Castillo of Chaminade led all ladies shooting a 96 on the course that hosts professional events throughout the year including the LPGA as well as the PGA Champions Tour. Teresa Wene shot a 119, Lila Sapolu was just one shot behind, while Brittnee Fonnesbeck shot a 128 on the sun drenched afternoon at Turtle Bay Golf Resort. Leading the way for the Seasiders was Savanna Dilts with a 99.
