Edinboro, PA- Add All-American to the list. Chaminade's senior point guard, the three time First Team Pac West Selection, the 2006-07 conference player of the year, the nation's leader in assists, the First Team Daktronics All West Region selection, the invitee to the NABC Division II All-Star game, the Bob Cousy Award finalist, amongst even more awards can now add Daktronics Men's Basketball All-American to that impressive list.

Announced today, Chaminade's Zack Whiting was named a Daktronics Men's Basketball Second Team All-American. The senior point guard who averaged a double-double (over 20 points and 10 assists) was one of two West Region nominees, Kevin Johnson of Humboldt State being the other) and the PacWest's representative lone representative.

The Swords finished 16-11, 3rd in the conference and just missed on postseason play.
