Wailuki, Maui- The Swords fell to the SeaWarriors of Hawaii Pacific University today to finish fourth in the Hawaii Challenge Cup.

Adam Reike and Thimo Langner were a thorn in Chaminade's side all day, as the two accounted for all HPU's offense, each scoring two goals and adding an assist apiece.

Chaminade managed to get its offense going in spurts, with Marc Contee scoring in the 65th minute as he challenged HPU all afternoon getting off four shots on the match. The Swords managed eight shots and forced HPU keeper Matt Terry into two saves.

Darren Smith stopped nine shots for CUH in defeat.

With the loss Chaminade falls to 0-5-1 on the year, HPU improves to 1-3. The Swords now head on the road to face Menlo College in Atherton, CA on September 16th. The match is set for 2 PM Pacific Time.
