WBB: Silverswords Lose to Antelopes

Phoenix, Az- The CUH women traveled to Grand Canyon and lost 102 to 64. Chaminade was led by freshman Felicia Alves she scored 11 points and grabbed 10 boards of the glass for the Silverswords. Senior Simrin Cummins scored 11 points and freshman Caitlin Prager scored 13 points in defeat for Chaminade. Chaminade as a team shot well from the free throw line, they shot almost 91%. Felicia Alves went 7 for 8 from the line for the Silverswords. GCU was led by Sara Dalgliesh who scored 31 points for the Antelopes. With the loss, the Silverswords fall to 0-15, 0-8 in the Pac West and Grand Canyon improves their record to 12-9 and 8-2 in the Pac West. The next game for CUH is on January 26th at Grand Canyon Tip off is set for 5:00PM MST.
