Mike Freeman, Baseball, Sophomore, Orlando, FL

Freeman helped the Tiger baseball team to a 4-1 record last week, leading the team with a .529 batting average (9-for-17). The transfer from the University of Georgia also walked four times and had a .619 on-base percentage for the week. Overall, he leads Clemson with a .381 batting average and a .451 on-base percentage.

In Clemson's two one-run wins over Elon at Doug Kingsmore Stadium, Freeman went 4-for-6 with three runs scored and three walks. In the three-game series at Maryland, he was 5-for-11 (.455) and tallied a game-high three hits in the Tigers' 2-1 victory over the Terps on Friday night.
