George Bennett, our resident historian, has talked to nearly 900 individuals from over 20 school and civic groups this year and given them a first-hand look behind the scenes of Clemson Athletics. George knows all about Clemson...as a cheerleader in the 1950's, he brought the tradition of firing the cannon after every score at home football games. Now, he can tell you all the stories about the people, events and history of Clemson.
