CLEMSON, SC - The Clemson volleyball team has scheduled a pair of spring home matches for Saturday, April 12. The reigning ACC Champion Tigers will play host to Middle Tennessee State and the College of Charleston. Times will be set at a later date.
Clemson finished the 2007 season with a 29-4 overall record and a conference-best 21-1 mark. The Tigers were ranked 22nd in the final AVCA poll for their first top-25 listing since the 1999 season. Five starters from that squad will return next season, including AVCA Honorable Mention All-Americans Danielle Hepburn, Didem Ege and Kelsey Murphy.
The NCAA allows teams to play four dates in the spring. The Tigers' remaining schedule will be announced later.
