Kelly Zakosek Position: Volunteer Assistant Coach Graduated: 2007

After a stellar four-year career for the Matadors, Kelly Zakosek joins the Northridge sofbtall staff as a volunteer assistant coach for the 2008 season. Zakosek will be responsible for general administrative duties while also helping the staff during practices and games.

A third baseman and letterwinner from 2004-2007, Zakosek finished her career at Northridge with a .268 career average, four home runs, 17 doubles, 40 RBIs and 117 total bases in 126 games, 111 of which were starts.

Following her senior season, Zakosek received All-Big West Second Team honors and after her junior campaign, Zakosek earened All-Big West Honarble Mention.

Originally from Santa Monica, Calif., Zakosek recieved her B.A. in kinesiology from Cal State Northridge in 2007.
