Carmel, Ind. - The regular season finished with a bang for the Panthers men's hockey team as they defeated arch-rival Oakland University. They will try and take that momentum with them into the GMHL tournament which begins tonight at 5:00 PM in Carmel, IN. If you cannot make it down to the tournament, be sure to listen live as Paul Stabile will have the call on Michigan Sports Radio.

The Panthers, who come in ranked #1 in the Central region, will take on rival Ferris State University in the quarterfinals. The Bulldogs enter tonight's contest as the #8 seed. After the conclusion of the quarterfinal round, the teams will be re-seeded for the Semifinals. If Davenport wins tonight, they will be in action tomorrow morning at 9:45 AM and then the finals will be played at 7:00 PM. The tournament is being hosted by Indiana University.
