UD will take the momentum from a two-game winning streak as it plays host to Saint Joseph's in a three-game Atlantic 10 Conference series this weekend at Time Warner Cable Stadium. The Flyers and Hawks are scheduled to play Friday (3 p.m. ET), Saturday (1 p.m. ET) and Sunday (Noon ET) in games that can all be followed with Gametracker at www.DaytonFlyers.com. FREE Live Audio will also be available on Information Radio (1660 and 1610 AM) and www.DaytonFlyers.com on Friday and Sunday.

After losing six straight games by an average score of 3.7 runs per game, Dayton has won back-to-back contests by scores of 7-2 over Bowling Green and 8-3 against Wittenberg. UD has pounded out an average of 13 hits per game and scored seven of the 15 runs with two outs.

The Flyers enter this weekend's series in 13th place in the Atlantic 10 after a 2-7 start in conference play, but are just three games back of the top six teams and a berth in the A-10 postseason. Dayton has six conference series remaining on its schedule with three at home against Saint Joseph's, Richmond and Duquesne. UD will also travel to face George Washington, Massachusetts and Temple in hopes of earning its fifth-ever berth into the A-10 Tournament.

Dayton will begin that run at the tournament by sending one of its most consistent performers to the mound on Friday in Alex Dye. A-10 opponents are batting just .262 off Dye who has allowed only seven earned runs over 18.1 innings pitched in three conference starts. He has averaged six innings pitched per start and had his best outing with 6.1 scoreless innings pitched and fifi ve strikeouts against Rhode Island.

Dye will be followed by Lucas Farden who is slated to move from the bullpen into a relief role this weekend. Farden holds a 3.58 ERA and 20 strikeouts over 39.1 innings pitched in a team-best 15 appearances this season. Saturday will be Farden's fifi rst start of the season and third of his career in a Flyer uniform.
