Results

Despite taking an early 1-0 lead, the University of Dayton men's tennis team was defeated by Indiana State, 5-2, on Friday afternoon.

Dayton won two doubles courts to grab the lead. Junior Michael Rohana and senior David Peyton were 9-7 winners at No. 1, while sophomore Bryce Warnock and freshman Austin Wiegand tallied an 8-6 victory at No. 3.

In singles, junior Matt Sherman notched UD's lone victory. He defeated Mpiloenhle Migogo at No. 2, but the Sycamores won the remaining five courts.

The Flyers are back in action on Saturday in Saint Louis, MO to take on the Billikens at 1 p.m. EST.
