Dayton Flyers women's golf head coach Sally Kosters announced the 2009 spring schedule which includes four events and the Colonial Athletic Association Women's Golf Championship.

The Flyers open the spring season March 2-3 at the Savannah College Spring Invitational held in Savannah, Ga. The two-day event will be held at the Wilmington Island Country Club.

After a week off, UD gets back into the swing of things with the Butler Spring Invitational in Avon, Ind., from March 23-24. The invitational will be held at the Prestwick Country Club.

In April the Flyers head to Richmond, Ky., to compete in the Eastern Kentucky Spring Invitational. The event will be held from April 11-12 at the Arlington Golf Course.

Dayton wraps up the spring season back in Georgia for the 2009 CAA Women's Golf Championship held at Callaway Gardens Course in Pine Mountain, Ga.

UD flourished last year in their spring season, winning the Ashland and Bellarmine Invitationals. Dayton finished in the Top Five in seven events and returns its five best scoring golfers from a year ago.
