PRINCETON - The Duquesne women's track & field team were represented by the 4x400 team of Charlene Garth, Erica Moody, Melissa Miller and Kathleen Parker at the 2008 ECAC Outdoor Championships this weekend.

The foursome placed 13th in a field of 31 teams that included Atlantic 10 rival Temple as well as seven schools from the Big East Conference. The Dukes crossed with a time of 3:49.16 which was a new school record.

This is the third time in three weeks that 4x400 team has rewritten the record books - their time of 3:50.60 at the Penn Relays on April 28th broke the record that stood since 2006. This was followed by a 3:50.53 mark at the Atlantic 10 Outdoor Championships on May 4th.
