BEVERLY, Mass. - Endicott's Nick Cosco (Londonderry, N.H.) and Eric Hagarty (Sudbury, Mass.) have been named The Commonwealth Coast Conference Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week, as announced by TCCC Commissioner Gregg Kaye on Monday afternoon. The Gulls went 2-0 last week to improve to 9-2 overall.

Nick Cosco, the reigning TCCC Offensive Player of Week, continued his hot hand in a pair of wins for the Blue and Green. Against a tough Tufts University squad, Cosco netted five goals in a hard-fought, 10-7, win over the Jumbos. The junior attackman followed that performance with a two goal, two assist afternoon in a rout over the University of New England, 23-3, in Biddeford, Maine.

Sophomore goalkeeper Eric Hagarty earned TCCC Defensive Player of the Week recognition as he backstopped the Gulls to a critical in-region win over Tufts last Tuesday. Hagarty and the Endicott defense held the Jumbos to just seven goals. The Endicott goaltender made a season-high 22 saves in the, 10-7, win over Tufts.

Endicott returns to action for a highly anticipated TCCC contest against Western New England College on Tuesday evening at Endicott Stadium. The battle between two top-20 teams will most likely decide home field advantage throughout the postseason. Face-off is scheduled for 7:00 p.m.
