BOSTON - #14 Franklin & Marshall fell 9-0 to #11 Cornell in first round action at the College Squash Association Championships, which are being hosted by Harvard this weekend.

Competing in the Hoenhn Division for national rankings nine through 16, the Diplomats (9-10) were dealt a second blanking at the hands of the Big Red (8-7). Cornell defeated F&M 9-0 in Ithaca back on February 2.

All but one F&M player fell in three in today's meeting. Shane Slater took the first game 9-6, from Steven Peever at No. 2. Peever slipped away with a 10-8 win in the second. He closed the match out with a 9-1, 9-4 effort.

The Diplomats will face the losing team in today's match between #15 Brown and #10 Bates tomorrow at 9:00 a.m.
