LANCASTER, Pa. - The Franklin & Marshall women's lacrosse team swept the Centennial Conference (CC) weekly honors with Offensive and Defensive Players of the Week in Shannon Summers and Carli McLaughlin, respectively.

Summers, a junior midfielder, scored seven goals and six assists in a 2-0 week for the Diplomats (9-1, 5-0 CC). She registered three goals and the same amount of assists against Muhlenberg, before scoring four goals and adding three more helpers in the win over Ursinus. Her second goal against the Bears marked the 100th of her career.

McLaughlin, a senior defender, anchored a defense that held opponents to a .279 shot percentage and helped F&M to a 5.67 goals-against average on the week. She also caused four turnovers and grabbed six ground balls.
