The 69th-ranked Furman men's tennis team is set to host Wofford on Thursday in the team's last home match of the season.
Furman will honor seniors Mike Kociecki and Andy Sobczyk before the start of the 3:00 p.m. match. This year's senior class has led the Paladins to a 31-4 Southern Conference record for the past four years, as well as a Southern Conference championship and NCAA Tournament appearance in 2006.
The Paladins enter today's match with an 11-10 overall record and an undefeated 7-0 mark in the Southern Conference. With a win today, the Paladin will claim the Southern Conference regular season title.
Wofford is currently 10-9 overall and 4-3 in the Southern Conference. In their last match, the Terriers defeated Appalachian State 5-2. Furman leads the overall series against Wofford 26-1. The Terriers' only win in the series came in 1995.
