Jana Ashley Position: Assistant Coach

Jana Ashley is in her first year as assistant coach at George Mason.

Ashley joined the Patriots from Radford, where she spent five seasons as a member of the Highlanders' coaching staff, including three as a full-time assistant. She spent her first two seasons as Radford's graduate assistant.

Ashley's responsiblities at Radford included tape exchange and assisting with conditioning and floor work with the guards.

She came to Radford after four years at the University of North Alabama where she lettered in basketball, including three seasons under current Mason head coach Jeri Porter.

The Rome, Ga. native graduated from UNA in 2002 with a B.S. in education and a Master's in education from Radford in 2005.
