RICHMOND, Va. - Senior Sarah Bizer was honored for her outstanding performance this past weekend on Tuesday when she was named the Colonial Athletic Association's Female Swimmer of the Week.

In the Patriots' quad meet against American, Army, and CAA foe Old Dominion on Saturday, Bizer took first place in the 50-yard and 100-yard freestyle events with times of 23.67 and 52.53, respectively, as well as a 58.43 winning time in the 100-yard butterfly. She was a member of the Patriots winning 200 medley relay squad as well.

Bizer and the Patriots are back in action on Saturday when they host George Washington in their final regular season meet. The action is set to begin at 1 p.m. at the Jim McKay Natatorium.
