No. 13 Georgetown Hosts No. 20 George Mason on Wednesday at 3:30 p.m.

Washington, D.C. - The No. 13 ranked Georgetown University women's lacrosse team will take on No. 20 George Mason in non-league action on Wednesday, February 27 on the Multi-Sport Field. The first draw control is set for 3:30 p.m. Live stats and live video with Chuck Timanus on the call will be available at www.guhoyas.com.

The Hoyas (2-0) will look to improve to 10-0 all-time vs. the Patriots.

The Patriots upset No. 9 Johns Hopkins last Saturday, 11-10 in Fairfax, Va. Mason led 6-3 at the half and scored the game's final two goals in the closing 5:10 of regulation for the win. Megan Barlett had a hat trick in the win with four players netting two goals.

Georgetown has posted an 18-5 record under fourth-year head coach Ricky Fried in home games on the Multi-Sport Field.

Georgetown is led by sophomore attacker Ashby Kaestner, who was named BIG EAST Offensive Player of the Week on Monday. Kaestner has 11 goals and three assists through the season's first two games.

Sophomore Molly Ford ranks second on the team with 13 points, compiling seven goals and six assists.

Last season, Georgetown topped George Mason 12-6.
