Job Description:
Provide primary administrative support for the Athletic Director of the College and secondary support for the Associate Athletic Directors, Assistant Business Manager, Women's Athletics and support staff. Perform various administrative assistant duties including typing, word processing, answering telephones and arranging transportation for various sports teams. Make travel and meeting arrangements for Athletic Director. Arrange bus travel and meal requests. Manage Student-Athlete reimbursements for clothing/miscellaneous expenses. Other similar or related duties as required.

HOURS: 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday - Friday (37.5hrs/52wks)

Requirements:
Excellent computer (Microsoft Office products), organizational and telephone skills required. Solid dictation transcription skills essential. Ability to meet deadlines while performing multiple tasks.
