Anna Poulter-Hendrickson is in her first season as an assistant softball coach for the Crusaders. She came to Holy Cross from St. Cloud State University, where she was a graduate assistant softball coach while earning her master's degree in sports management.

Poulter-Hendrickson also helped assist the softball team at the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, and was the head junior varsity softball coach at Colfax-Mingo H.S.

Poulter-Hendrickson has been a member of the National Fastpitch Coaches Association since 2006.
