DES MOINES, Iowa -- Competition in the 2008 NCAA Outdoor Championships came to a close for the University of Houston track and field team on Friday at Drake Stadium in Des Moines, Iowa.

Competing in the 100-meter hurdles semifinals, junior Seun Adigun recorded a time of 13.70. Her time did not qualify for the finals.

Adigun earned a spot in the semifinal round after posting a personal record time of 13.39 in the prelims on Thursday.

The 2008 NCAA Championships will wrap up competition on Saturday. CBS will air a live broadcast of the meet from 3-5 p.m.
